How it works

01. Add your development
Set up your operator profile, add each development, and list its units with the viewing slots applicants book into.
02. Send units to partner agents
Invite up to three partner agents per unit to bring applicants. They are only paid when a let goes ahead.
03. Viewings recorded from both sides
Your leasing team, each with their own login, records who attended, and the applicant leaves their own feedback.
04. Lease-up reporting, as it happens
Viewings, no-shows, applicant feedback, offers and occupancy for every unit, updated as they happen.
